The Interim Study Committee on Alcoholic Beverages will begin meeting after the session to hear testimony and make recommendations to the Indiana General Assembly on some important alcohol related issues, including:

cold beer in grocery stores

Sunday sales (for carry out)

additional permits to sell alcohol above quota

separate sales of liquor
-
wine shipment issues
Indiana Collegiate Action Network (ICAN) - College Initiatives
The Indiana
Collegiate Action Network is a statewide coalition of colleges and
universities addressing high risk drinking and violence on campus
through education and environmental strategies. ICAN is part of a
larger national network of institutes of higher education.

Orange Ribbon Campaign
This awareness campaign focuses on underage drinking prevention. April is Alcohol Awareness Month and schools and communities are encouraged to develop initiatives and activities to reduce underage drinking by participating in the Orange Ribbon Campaign. There is also a catalog of materials including wristbands, banners, stickers, ribbons, and other items.

Training Opportunities
